Vidalista 40 is a prescription medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It contains an active ingredient called tadalafil, which is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. Like sildenafil citrate (the active ingredient in Viagra), tadalafil also works by increasing blood flow to the penis, allowing a man to achieve and maintain an erection when sexually stimulated.
